Welcome to the Mozambique Legal Information Institute

The MozLII website has just been relaunched with some additional content sections, including, decrees, dispatches, ministerial dispatches, presidential dispatches, and resolutions. We hope that you will find the reorganization useful. We are still capturing all of this information but please let us know how you find this new presentation.

The site aims to be fully bilingual in English and Portuguese but at the moment some of the translations are not complete. For now, the legislation and jurisprudence is available on the website in the language in which it was created, namely, Portuguese. We are also still working on translating all of the menu items.
